Rehab That Drives Recovery
PT focuses on improving mobility and functioning; eliminating disabilities and impairments by decreasing pain; and improving strength, balance and endurance. We focus on improving skills related to motor movement such as sitting, standing, walking and climbing stairs.
ST focuses on improving cognition, memory, word finding, communication and safety awareness. Our speech therapists will also assess your swallow function to ensure you are on the proper diet.
OT focuses on improving skills required for activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, cooking, laundry, grocery shopping, etc.
Occupational Therapy Suite
The Occupational Therapy Suite provides confidence to safely return home by practicing daily living activities in a fully functional kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
Hand Therapy & Upper Extremity Treatment
Hand Therapy & Upper Extremity Treatment focuses on regaining and retraining hand and arm function needed to return the patient to their optimal level of function.
HydroWorx® Warm-Water Therapy
HydroWorx® Warm-Water Therapy is used to build strength, flexibility, and endurance; underwater treadmill, camera technology, hydro massage jets; adjustable floor for low-impact or no-impact therapy following surgeries or injuries. We are only one of two locations in Butler County equipped with a HydroWorx® therapy pool.
A Certified Lymphedema Therapist uses a 5-point protocol of massage, exercise, compression garments, skin care and education to help patients who have experienced lymph node disruption or trauma.
Myofascial Release Treatment is used for Myofascial Pain Syndrome (chronic pain disorder) and includes application of gentle sustained pressure to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES)
FEES is an ideal exam for patients who have difficulty swallowing. Diagnostic assessment definitively determines severity of dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) and allows a Speech Language Pathologist to create the most appropriate treatment plan.
VitalStim® Therapy System
The VitalStim® Therapy System uses electrical stimulation to enhance traditional swallowing therapy and accelerate healing for those who have had a stroke, brain trauma or neck cancer.
Outdoor Therapy Garden
The Outdoor Therapy Garden is designed for practicing maneuvering various surfaces, hills and steps in peaceful and natural surroundings.

I can’t say enough good about the nurses and aides. Their positive attitude kept me motivated every step of the way.
My care conference helped me set goals for getting back to being independent at home once I healed.
They have the finest staff I’ve ever seen. I always felt like I had a say in my care, and the therapists really listen to me and go at my speed.
