Community First Solutions, formerly the Fort Hamilton Healthcare Corporation, has a 90 year history of meeting a variety of needs throughout the greater Butler County area. Based in Hamilton, Community First Solutions is the parent holding company responsible for the operational and strategic oversight of Colonial, Community Behavioral Health and Community First Pharmacy. These individual companies are diverse in the services they provide, yet connected through their missions that support individuals of all ages throughout Butler County and beyond. The goal of Community First Solutions is to be THE non-profit resource for meeting a vast array of community needs.
