How do I get started?
All new clients start with an assessment. Walk-in times are listed below:

May clients self-refer?
Yes, clients may self-refer by visiting one of our facilities during the walk-in assessment times listed above.
What are your hours?
Mon - Thurs 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; Fri 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and
Sat 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
What is the timeline for treatment?
Treatment time varies based on each client’s mental health needs. For some diagnoses, treatment may last for 12-16 sessions, while others may last for a longer period of time. Counselors work with individuals to determine treatment goals and objectives, as well as a more specific time guideline for treatment length.
Will a record of my counseling services be kept confidential?
Counseling records are covered by special confidentiality laws including HIPPA and various other state and local laws. There are exceptions to confidentiality, which your therapist can discuss with you. If you need information provided to any other person, you should ask your therapist to have you sign a Release of Information form.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes, we accept Medicaid.
Can I receive services without Insurance?
Yes. We have contracted with the Butler County Mental Health and Addiction Recovery Board. If you are a Butler County resident, you may receive treatment at a reduced rate.
