Kiersten Moore, LPN and Megan Fritsch, LPN are lifelong best friends. From fifth grade classmates to coworkers at Berkeley Square, they do just about everything together.

“I absolutely love working with her every day,” says Kiersten.

“We even try to schedule the same days off,” says Megan.

Together, they make the “Dream Team” of nurses, and were recently recognized by the Ohio Department of Health for their excellent work. Inspectors commended Kiersten and Megan and said they were the best nurses they observed so far out of a very impressive pool of professionals.

“The first thing I did when I saw that on the survey was cry. Then, I called my Mom,” said Kiersten.

“Hearing our names mentioned, in such great company, really validates everything we do,” says Megan. “It’s a good feeling, and it makes me feel like I chose the right career. I really love what I do.”

Kiersten, Megan, and the rest of the Berkeley Square team just acheived a near perfect score on their annual ODH survey. The observations by the inspectors are a direct reflection of Berkeley Square’s commitment to offering the highest quality of care to clients, and the excellent service delivered by its staff.

“Everything we do centers around patient care and doing what’s best for our clients,” explains Miranda Sitchanoff, Assistant Vice President of Health Services at Community First Solutions.  “This survey is a win for everyone, but especially our staff. We really support each other here, and it shows.”
