About Meals on Wheels Butler County

Delivering over 9,000 meals per month, we are one of the largest providers of home-delivered meals in Butler County. Made with fresh seasonal ingredients to meet the high-quality standards set by our Executive Chef and Registered Dietician, our meal choices will exceed expectations. Our transportation team, The FLEET, not only delivers the meals but also makes regular check-ins giving clients and families invaluable peace of mind.

Who Is Eligible for Meals on Wheels?

Home-delivered meals are available to eligible clients through Butler County Elderly Services Program (ESP), Passport or Private Pay. If you know someone who may need home-delivered meals, please call (513) 867-6222 for more information or fill out the online intake form.

We All Love Our Pets Program (W.A.L.O.P.)

We offer assistance with pet care for our Meals on Wheels clients. We graciously accept donations of cat and dog food at any time. Have pet food to donate, please call us at (513) 867-6222.

About Independent Living Assistance (ILA)

Our trained staff provide support for individuals who still want to live at home and remain independent, but may require more guidance and assistance with managing personal and household records and needs. Assistance is tailored to each individual’s needs and can include personal banking tasks, mail monitoring, health insurance matters, business and personal correspondence, various community, state, and federal forms and applications (JFS, SELF, etc.), and arranging necessary appointments.

About The Fleet

The Community First Fleet provides daytime transportation to help older adults in Hamilton and Fairfield with transportation to medical appointments, grocery, bank and personal enrichment activities. Our drivers are dedicated to your safety and getting you to your destination on time.

Schedule Your Transportation

Rides are booked on a first come, first served basis. So we can best serve our clients, we suggest you schedule your ride as far in advance as possible, 1-2 weeks prior is preferable. The Fleet primary operating hours are Mondays through Fridays, from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Requests outside of these hours are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
